Zarm trans specialized in full truck load shipment services. We might be new but have over 10 years experience in the transportation industry.

We are looking to grow the company by bringing onboard well qualified candidates that understands and has a strong knowledge of transporation and logistics

Commission pay only position (1099 Independant contractor)

Commission split starts at 60 -70 % and is negotiable base on experience

Minimum Requirements:

Cold Calling experience.

Experience negotiator and sales person

Must havefreight brokering or freight sales experience

Must have a book of business (shipping customers

· Computer or laptop

Internet

Printer

· Social media friendly

· Strong sales and communication skills

· Reach out to prospect to determine the contact person to signed up as a transportation provider to sell and close to move their freight.

· Negotiate price with customers

· Manage daily shipments to ensure pickup and delivery is on time and help with any issues

· Update customer on load status

Pay: $28,521.53 – $155,478.25 per year
