Phase II Transportation Inc is looking to hire a Freight Broker Agent with their own business license (or ability to obtain one) as well as own book of business.
We are an asset-based transportation company based out of Vancouver, WA looking for an experienced freight broker agent who is interested in a 1099, commission-based position. Work can be performed in person/or remote giving you flexibility to make it work with your schedule, and the ability to earn up to 75% uncapped commission!

Requirements:
-2+ years of freight brokerage/sales experience
-1099 entity with business license (ability to form one)
-Excellent communication skills
-Existing book of business.
Responsibilities:
-Maintain strong relationships with new/existing customers and carriers.
-Select and hire reliable/safe carriers.
-Booking freight with customers & carriers
-Providing customers with quotes and updates on loads in process
-Negotiating freight rates with current and new customers
-Making sales calls to grow book of business
-Invoicing/collections for all loads as well as input backup documents
