As a Freight Sales for Surpath, you are expected to build your own book of business. Your goal is to ensure the growth of customer accounts and profits through Surpath's advanced technology and 3PL/4PL services in International Freight (FCL/LCL/Air), Drayage, Transloading, FTL, LTL, Warehousing, and dropshipping.

This role is open to experienced brokers with an existing book of accounts. If you have less than 3 years of experience and do not have an existing book of account, please apply for our Freight Broker Agent program.

What You Will Do

1. Make calls to establish relationships and continue to develop your book of business
2. Meet the clients' logistics needs with Surpath's 3PL/4PL services and/or technology
3. Negotiate the Price with the shippers
4. Use designated CRM software to manage the sales pipeline, calls, and contacts

Pay: $36,000.00 – $300,000.00 per year

Pay structure: base salary plus commission

*This role is required to be in our Tustin office on a regular basis.
