What will you be doing?

As a Freight Broker, you'll be the navigator behind every successful shipment. You'll connect the dots, coordinating carriers and shippers in a dance of efficiency. Your role is to pave the way for smooth operations and seamless experiences.

Duties & Responsibilities

– Business Relations: Explore new opportunities, welcome clients, and broaden our network.

– Building Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with shippers and carriers, understanding their individual needs.

– Matching Solutions: Pair carriers with shippers' cargo, considering equipment, capacity, and locations.

– Effective Negotiation: Craft agreements that benefit all parties, ensuring fair terms and successful partnerships.

– Coordination: Oversee journeys from pickup to delivery, guaranteeing a seamless and reliable process.

– Industry Insight: Stay informed about trends, rates, and regulations to provide valuable insights.
