Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through effective account management
– Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and close sales
– Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify sales opportunities
– Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
– Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities and manage customer information
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment
– Negotiate pricing and contract terms to maximize sales revenue
Skills:
– Proven experience in outside sales preferred.
– Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive sales strategies
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
– Proficiency in Salesforce for managing sales activities and customer data
– Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
