Job Title: Freight Agent with 50%-70% Commission

Company Overview: We are a fast-growing logistics company that specializes in freight transportation services. Our company is dedicated to providing reliable and cost-effective solutions to our customers. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Freight Agent to join our team.

Job Description: As a Freight Agent, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers and carriers to secure profitable freight opportunities. You will be expected to negotiate pricing and contracts, track shipments, and provide exceptional customer service. This is a remote position, and you will be able to work from home or anywhere with internet access.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and marketing efforts
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers and carriers
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all transactions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Freight Agent or similar role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
• High-speed internet and a reliable computer
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Must be able to work flexible hours

Compensation: This is a commission-based position with a 50%-70% commission rate, depending on experience and performance. There is no cap on the earning potential, and the successful candidate can expect to earn a six-figure income.
