Location: Anywhere /Remote

Employment Type: Independent Contractor

Requirements:

• Have an established book of business
• 2+ years of truckload brokerage sales experience a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in business management, logistics, supply chain or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Advanced technology with digital signing, tracing, tracking, and auto truck matching
• Strong negotiating and conflict resolution skills
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Sense of urgency and deadline driven
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibility:

• Handle all operations and communication with customers and carriers
• Handle customer complaints regarding delays and damages
• Execute day-to-day management of brokerage freight moves, with primary responsibility
• Manage current customers while developing relationships in order to grow customer base
• Search for the best available trucks in the market to meet the customers’ expectations
• Professional collaboration and coordination with shippers, carriers and dispatcher

• High percentage commission up to 60%
• Back office support
• We handle all back office including invoicing etc
• We provide you with DAT and IT, including both rating metrics, emails and load board logins
• Large carrier database with one of the simplest carrier onboarding processes out there
• Personalized load board to easily manage and track all of your shipments

Pay: $27,640.43 – $227,174.88 per year
