Able to lead the sales team of 15 signed sales.

Responsible to follow up sales team daily and weekly performance.

Responsible to sign work flow to each sales daily and weekly.

Able to hold a conference call weekly ( normally Monday morning 9:30 to 10:30 and Friday morning 9:30 to 10:30) to bring the team work together.

EVERY Friday reward Weekly top 3 sales team bonus apply.

Must have a book of business and build from existing book of business.

Must able to review Shipping Contracts, quote the Freights with operation team.

Ability to set up a set-working hours at home and ready to help the team grow in a good hand.

Candidates MUST have a current book of business and a good working knowledge of the freight industry.

We are looking for someone who has direct experience in a brokerage working with contracts between shippers and carriers. Experience on the shipper's side is also a plus. Industry experience is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $300,000.00 per year
