Advantage Group is expanding, and we’re looking for motivated professionals who want *control, flexibility, and uncapped income* in the voluntary benefits space.

This is a *1099 broker opportunity*, not a captive agent role. You’ll work directly with small to mid-sized businesses, helping employers offer *supplemental benefits at no cost to the business*—while creating long-term, renewable income for yourself.

What You’ll Do

* Partner with local businesses (3–50 employees)
* Educate employers and employees on voluntary/supplemental benefits
* Enroll and manage accounts with ongoing broker support
* Build a book of business with *residual income*
* Collaborate with health, P&C, and payroll partners

Ideal Candidate

Compensation

* *Commission-based with renewals*
* Top producers earn $80K–$150K+ annually
