We are seeking an experienced Freight Broker with a proven track record in drayage, transloading, and intermodal logistics. The ideal candidate will bring an existing book of business focused on import/export freight, especially port-related drayage movements. This is a growth-oriented opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a commission-driven environment and wants to expand their impact within a supportive logistics team.

Responsibilities

* Build and manage customer relationships focused on drayage and port-based freight

* Develop and expand a personal book of business

* Negotiate rates with carriers and customers to maximize profitability

* Collaborate with operations to ensure service excellence and on-time delivery

* Identify growth opportunities in drayage, intermodal, and related service lanes

RequirementsPreferred Experience

* 2–5+ years of freight brokerage experience, preferably with drayage or intermodal accounts

* Existing customer relationships and an active book of business

* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

* Proven success working in a commission-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
