Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have a book of business and relationships with both shippers and carriers.
• Manage shipping and carrier relationships
• Negotiate Rates
• Track shipments and provide updates to the customer
• Generate business leads
• Source carriers
• Strong customer service skills
• Sales minded and driven to succeed

Minimum Requirements

• One to two years minimum of brokering experience
• Must have current book of business (shipping customers)
