We are trucking asset based and Freight Broker company seeking an energetic individual with a great personality who MUST HAVE UNDERSTANDING OF TRUCKING/transportation/logistics AND have some SALES experience and be able to cold call , email and other creative ways to secure new accounts or bring existing accounts, we only focus on dry freight.

You'll be responsible for procuring customers and moving their freight. This role consists of both sales and operations aspects and requires a candidate that is comfortable handling both. The ideal candidate is sales-minded, confident at building relationships, and growing a portfolio of customers and carriers.

REQUIREMENTS and RESPONSIBLITIES :

• 1+ years of dispatching or sales experience is a must
• Must have passion and hunger to learn for Trucking, freight brokering, sales.
• Must be able to talk/communicate freely openly with Drivers, customers.
• Must know Outlook email, MS Excel, and Word , computer proficient .
• Must have excellent phone and email communication skills and ability to multi task and assist clients after hours.
• The ideal candidate has a logistics/trucking background and proven ability for prioritizing, multi-tasking and time management, using good judgement and tact in all situations and good and quick in using computer.
