We are looking for a new freight broker agent.

Your role as a freight broker agent will include, but not be limited to, seeking new business opportunities by reaching out to potential customers and building strong relationships.
To be successful in this role, you should be results-driven, motivated, and work well in a team environment. You will need strong communication skills to build relationships starting from the first contact until you close the deal.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential customers through cold calls and emails
- Presenting our company to potential customers
- Identifying the customer’s needs and suggesting the proper services
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
- Seeking new business opportunities
- Accurately describing service features and their benefits
General Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Sales experience
- Communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Customer service focus
