We are looking for an experienced Freight Broker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating freight rates and services, managing customer relationships, and ensuring that all shipments are delivered on time and in accordance with customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the freight industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate rates and terms with carriers.
• Develop relationships with carriers and customers.
• Manage customer service inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and invoices.
• Monitor freight market trends and adjust pricing accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide timely updates to customers on shipment status.
