*Will you try to get carriers signed up before you have a load available to them or after you post a load and they show interest?

>A fixed low salary plus 15%(load gross profit) you booked?
>or no fixed salary and 50%(load gross profit) you booked?
*Do you know how to use broker TMS software? which one you used in the past?
