We are asset-based trucking company with well-established brokerage with 10k carriers in the system, our trucking side is 60 trucks by the end of the year will be 80.

We are looking and hire, an experienced Freight Brokers / Freight Agents in a remote commission-based freight sales opportunity. Our Freight Agents have the freedom to be their own boss, receiving a high commission split, mentoring, and back office support.

Requirements: 1+ years sales experience and existing accounts is a must!

• Manage a book of business
• Handle all operations and communication with customers and carriers
• Must have a book of business Responsibilities (Freight Broker / Freight Agent):
• Manage current customers while developing relationships to grow the customer base.
• Health/Dental/Life Insurance
• Events and travel are all paid for by the company
• High percentage splits
• Back office support
• Lead database Full visibility of your shipments, carrier costs, customer costs as well as your commissions
• Reporting tools to effectively run your business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
