We’re looking for an experienced Freight Broker who:

• Has at least 1 year of industry experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks

Freight Broker Agent Duties and Responsibilities

• Arrange the shipment of goods while utilizing the most cost-effective and efficient methods
• Negotiate rates with carriers, taking into consideration the customer’s budget and the company’s profit margin
• Monitor the progress of shipments and inform customers of any delays or additional charges
• Respond to customer inquiries concerning delivery times, tracking numbers, and other questions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
