Requirements and functions include:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience required
• Ability to DISPATCH 5 to 8 trucks.
• Must be familiar with all load boards like 3Sixty, Internet Truck stop etc.
• MUST be punctual!
• Highly organized, self-starter with computer skills including MS Office.
• MUST be able to communicate and write in English.
• Bilingual in foreign language is a plus.
• Good communication, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
• Must be able to manage stressful situations and multitask.
• Strong work ethics, quality service oriented, attention to details.
• Experience in consolidation and current working relationships with freight brokers/agents is preferred.
• Understanding DOT regulations for semi-trucks is a plus.
• Knowledge of the market.



Salary will be based on the experience and performance.
