Job Description: Salesman /Saleswoman
We are seeking a highly motivated Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your primary objective will be to meet or exceed sales targets, increase revenue, and contribute to the growth of the business.
Note: This job description is specifically for a Salesperson, and does not focus on customer relations. The primary objective of this role is to generate sales and achieve revenue targets.
This sales job is commission-based and does not offer a base salary. Which means that your earnings will be directly tied to your sales performance, there is no cap. The more sales you make, the more you’ll earn.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
· Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
· Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
· Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
· Provide accurate and timely sales forecast and reports to management
· Stay up-to-date on trends and developments in the market
Requirements:
· Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Results-driven and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
· Familiarity with CRM software and tools
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $55,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
