Freight Broker/Agent

Here at Gusty Logistics we are looking to expand our team of freight brokers. We offer the opportunity for hardworking, driven, ambitious people who are looking to come and work with us. We strive to offer the client and carrier our full support with 24/7 contact to answer any questions or concerns. We have access to load boards and access to over 50,000 carriers.

Work Responsibilities:

• Make new clients and add to your portfolio
• Make phone calls to potential clients
• Update relevant information into the system
• Upload available loads onto load boards
• Organise the transportation of freight
• Keep in contact with both client and carrier
• Track loads
• Positive, self-motivated attitude

Work Advantages:

Work Experience:

• Logistics experience (Preferred but not required)
• Sales Experience (Preferred but not required)

Education:

• High School or equivalent (required)
• College degree (preferred but not required)

Skills:

• Proficient at Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
• Must speak fluent English (2nd Language an advantage)

Pay:

• Commission based pay
• Commission varies for the level of experience
