HTI Services LLC is seeking qualified freight agents with experience and active shipper following for our independent freight broker agent positions. Successful candidates must have operational experience in truck brokerage including but not limited to flatbed, oversized, heavy haul, van, reefer, bulk and similar equipment.

Compensation: DOE

Job Requirements:

Current account activity with a demonstrable track record of success.

Agents must adhere to company standards and follow shipment from beginning to end including but not limited to the following:

Independently identify, generate, and close new sales opportunities through both inside and outside sales

Procure and foster relationships with carrier partners

Oversee all aspects of account management for transportation brokerage accounts

Willingness to collaborate within brokerage team

Quoting via email, phone, or through sales staff.

Carrier selection and rate negotiation

Problem solving and strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Highly motivated with an ability to work independently as well as in a group setting

Knowledge of truckload transportation and DOT regulations for interstate transportation. Ability to find the most economical transport solution based on transit times and customers time frame.

Must have excellent phone and email communication skills and ability to multi task and assist clients after hours.

Solid understanding of MS Office, Windows, and basic business software

Minimum of 2 year experience required with verifiable track record.
