Full Job Description:

Ramirez Dispatching LLC is seeking experienced freight agents that possess their own book of business to join our team. When you work with Ramirez Dispatching LLC, our company gives you the opportunity to increase your earning potential by using our industry leading proprietary TMS software. This is a 1099 position that requires an existing book of business, or willing to gain customers and learn the position. Ramirez Dispatching LLC is a family-owned business and is led by tenured industry experts! Here, we put people first and strive to serve with excellence, honesty, and humility.

What We Offer:

· House Commission split net profit

· Software and load boards (QUOTE FACTORY / TRUCKSTOP / TRUCKERTOOLS / CARRIEROK)

· Fast customer setups – we approve credit in-house

· Back Office support handles all payables and receivables

· Uncapped commission

· Direct Deposit upon invoicing date weekly, uncapped earnings

· Unsaturated Agent Market (Your customers will not overlap with other agents)

Requirements:

· Must have freight brokering or freight sales experience

· Book of business (Shipping Customers)

· Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid U.S. Driver’s License or Passport

THIS IS A 1099 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION

WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN MOTIVATED INDIVDUALS WHO ARE WILLING TO PUT IN THE WORK.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate freight rates and terms with carriers and clients to ensure competitive pricing and service quality.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and enhance customer relationships.
• Manage logistics and transportation planning to optimize delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, contracts, and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the transportation industry.
• Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and manage accounts effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $76,000.00 – $1,300,000.00 per year
