Qualifications

• Handle all operations and communication with customers and carriers
• Strong multi-tasked with the ability to use multiple systems
• One-year experience as a broker agent (or similar) with an established customer base/book of business or is comfortable building a book from scratch

Responsibilities

• Handle all operations and communication with customers and carriers
• Manage current customers while developing relationships in order to grow customer base
• Manage daily shipments, resolving issues to ensure pickup and delivery is on time
• Work with the tools we provide to negotiate rates and give competitive pricing
• Input, update and manage shipment information in the system

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $72,351.00 – $80,366.00 per year
