We are looking to add dynamic agents to our team. We are an freight brokering agency with one of the largest companies in the nation.

The successful candidate must have the following:

• A current and working Book of Business
• A minimum of 1 year recent work as a freight broker
• Excellent phone skills with cold calling
• Ability to build and maintain a network of dependable carriers and shippers
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Ability to muti-task and be extremely organized
• Able to follow-up on prospective leads and close the deal
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Courteous and professional with a passion for sales
• Able to meet deadlines, margins and ensure profitability

This is a work from home position. Will need home computer and internet with knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google office products such as sheets, and meet.

Unlimited earning potential. 100% 1099 commission based, so you are in control of your paycheck.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,784.90 – $51,525.90 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

• Freight Brokering: 1 year (Preferred)
