- Monitor dispatch dashboard and contact customers when appointments are in jeopardy
- Monitor and act on tasks returned by field operation technicians
- Make outbound calls to customers to arrange a new dispatch date when a reschedule is required
- Document special instructions to Planners based on customer availability or other needs when rescheduling
- Answer predominantly inbound calls from customers and some calls from internal departments, and field operations regarding dispatches
- Other duties as assigned

Actual base pay for this job will depend on the candidate’s primary work location and other factors, such as relevant skills and experience.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years experience with 3 years directly related to the job. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.
